Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-06-16

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using Selfaria ("the Service") provided by Woori Creative ("the Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and users.

Article 1 (Nature of the Service)

  • The Service is a free personality test that scores your survey answers with fixed rules to provide an interpersonal-style type, an Interpersonal Index, and a report.
  • The type, index, and report are content for self-understanding and entertainment. They are not a medical or psychological diagnosis and do not replace professional consultation. Do not rely on them for important decisions.
  • The Service does not transmit your answers to any external artificial intelligence (AI); it processes them directly on the Company's server.

Article 2 (Fees)

  • The Service is provided free of charge, and the Company currently accepts no payment of any kind.
  • If paid features are introduced in the future, their price, refund terms, and other conditions will be separately disclosed and provided only after the user's consent.

Article 3 (User Obligations)

  • Users must not send excessive automated requests or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
  • Users must not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others.

Article 4 (Access Code)

  • The access code is shown only once when issued and cannot be recovered if lost. Keeping and managing it is the user's responsibility.
  • Anyone who knows the access code can reach the corresponding result, so please be careful about sharing it.
  • The access code is valid for 90 days from its last use (each use renews the period to 90 days) and is deleted automatically if left unused for 90 days.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

Rights to the Service's design, text, and structure belong to the Company. Results and reports provided to a user may be used for that user's personal purposes.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

  • The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the results. Results are reference content.
  • The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters or server/communication failures.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Disputes)

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to use of the Service follow the relevant laws and commercial practice.

Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)

The Company may change these Terms when necessary, giving notice of the effective date and the changes within the Service from 7 days beforehand (30 days beforehand for changes unfavorable to users).
